Berlin, 27 October 2014; Peter Eigen and Alvaro Umaña convened the Workshop at the HUMBOLDT-VIADRINA Governance Platform. The Workshop brought together leading initiatives from around the world to to discuss how to boost their relevance, reach and impact and to come up with a shared diagnosis on how to incentivize a ‘race to the top’ in terms of mitigation ambition (e.g. by means of a Climate Ambition Index).
